Patrick ingham
Patrick has spent over 15 years providing top Human Resources support to high volume business units in Fortune 50 companies, as well as startup projects with rapid growth and scalability. He has a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and is SHRM-SCP certified. Patrick is a member of the national and local SHRM chapters as well as the Association for Talent Development.
Specializing in helping businesses grow, develop and celebrate the successes of their people, Patrick uses a variety of methods tailored to each company’s unique culture.
Patrick is an expert in leading remote teams, having worked with the Center for Creative Leadership to complete his Master’s thesis on virtual teams and leadership theory, as well as both supporting and leading remote teams for the majority of his career.
